Content Suitability Declaration

Our Cycling App is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over.

By accessing or using this application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the app under the laws of your country.

Why 18+

Although the app does not contain explicit adult content, it is designed for a mature audience due to the following:

• Community interaction features (e.g., finding and connecting with other riders).
• Location-based services, which require responsible usage.
• Event creation, planning, and participation among adults.

No Explicit Content

The app does not contain any of the following:

• Sexually explicit material
• Graphic violence
• Hate speech
• Drug or alcohol promotion
• Gambling or betting features

However, user-generated content may be present in the form of usernames, ride descriptions, or photos. We actively moderate user submissions and reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and restrict user access.

Responsible Use

Users are expected to:

• Not engage in any illegal activity using the app
